I find my AP most helpful when single handing and at the mast raising, lowering, or reefing the main. It's also quite helpful for those quick ducks below to use the head or grabbing a beer.

Nice tip BlackAdder! I did not know that.... Clearly I shall have to consult the Oracle on how to trim up when consulting the Oracle for other advice on getting focused answers.
