Looking for indoor winter storage near Boston

We live in Boston but keep our Beneteau 423 on a mooring in Rhode Island and put her on the hard in Rhode Island over the winter. Between long winters and long-ish drives we would like to find a heated storage area for this winter to catch up on some work. Some of the work we would do ourselves and other other items we might opt for the yard to take care of.

Do you have any suggestions of accommodating yards with indoor storage or standalone boat storage facilities in the Boston area for a 42' sailboat? Boston and North Shore is preferable, but south as far as Quincy area would work too.

The nearest that I know of is Hinckley's in Portsmouth RI. 'Taint cheap though.
