Grant Sooby / Peter West - Stolen Boat Equipment

This individual - he goes by Grant Sooby / Peter West / Grant Soby - is currently wanted by the police and one of the larger insurance companies for the theft of £25,000 worth of equipment from one vessel, along with thefts from multiple other vessels along the UK south coast.

The equipment stolen was an Echotech 260 watermaker, Aries Windvane, SSB, Mariner 20hp outboard, two large Lewmar self tailing winches, anodes, spares, etc.

This individual is an Australian, late 50’s - early 60’s, and has been residing in various boatyards across southern UK, the Azores and southern Caribbean.

I’d strongly recommend anyone who comes into contact with this individual to steer well clear.
