Financing Foreign Boat Construction
I'm looking for a bank or financial institution that will issue a U.S. loan for a boat to be built in France. Obtaining a First Preferred Ship's Mortgage is easy once the boat is built and documented, but obtaining financing before construction begins in a foreign country seems to be an issue. Thoughts?
