This I didn't find out. You will have to pay a round trip fee to put it in and out. What is the fee?

The other possibility if you live their might be to get a centreboarder or cat and a very big trailer plus tractor, keep it on a beachfront property and launch from the beach like they do with lifeboats - crazy maybe but it's a though, it's how fishermen solve the problem in areas without harbors.
You cannot get near Ni'ihau as no one but the natives are allowed on or near the island except in a true emergency.

Storage is for mostly trailerable boats. You can put a boat on stands but you have to have it put in and out at expense of course. I don't know the largest boat but you must fit inside a space. IDK for sure but you likely can't put anything that large in there.
