When we were cruising NZ and Fiji we saw a few Sealegs dinghys out there. They are a serious piece of kit and I thought only came installed on their boats given the complexity of the drive system and controls. It would be quite the DIY aftermarket kit. When we were in Savusavu, one of the large yachts brought theirs up one of the local beaches then drove it the short way into town to load up the groceries for the trip back to the boat. I don't know of any others like it.
