Honestly, very few of them follow rules of the “water”, throw huge wakes, get in near collision situations, etc.

One boater did a circle around our boat last year and threw huge wakes, he was showing off to his buddies and they were all drinking, one even crushed a beer can and threw it in water - I announced a securite call on 16 with our location and his maneuvers, he must have heard it and left the scene ASAP. I then got a call from the bay constable asking for the boat’s name, I said the lettering was small and I couldn’t read it - I still remember the name, I am sure I will see them again
