Best time to buy a boat in Croatia?

Hi all, well the good news, after a few years of planning, I will soon be ready for my purchase!! Since many of you are MUCH smarter than I, I was hoping to pick your collective brains



1) I have 2 weeks available to travel in November.
2) I will be available to travel the entire year come January.


I think (please someone verify if you can) that the Charter season ends in October in Croatia. I have the above 2 options. Head for only 2 weeks to find a boat in November, or wait until January.


What Ive noticed is that the highly sought after boats don't sit for extended periods of time after they are phased out of charter, so I am leaning towards traveling in November. I am pretty stuck on Croatia as it has the largest selection of what Im looking for.


So, anyone care to give an opinion?...and know the sailing season? Thanks
