If the Eastern Shore is an option for you, take a look at North Point Marina in Rock Hall, MD. It is a great value and wonderful folks that operate it. Not a high-end resort marina but maintained very well.

Marina sublets are very inexpensive in Baltimore, if that is not too far away. You can get a deepwater slip with amenities for a 35 foot sailboat for $1500 per year. Check out Craigslist.
