advice how install dual fuel filter / polisher

I was wondering if it is possible to install two racor 220 secondary fuel filters side by side so that

1. can switch over if one racor filter stops working - a "hot"backup

2. "backup"racor is used to polish fuel otherwise

What would be the parts needed and the wiring diagram ?

Thanks to all
