Sailing to Cartagena
I'm planning to sail from Santo Domingo to Cartagena in June. I'm thinking that I might have a better angle on the wind and seas if I left from Puerto Rico rather than the Dominican Republic.

Anyone have any experience or thoughts on which place would be better to leave from?
