HELP. Sailboat Charter from St Vincent to Grenada

Hello Sailors - I am chartering a catamaran through RM Croiseres for a one-way from St. Vincent to Grenada this May. I'm looking for any input on destinations, provisioning and all-around safety of islands.

We fly in on Saturday and it appears that the two provisioning stores I found (Massy and CK Greaves) have limited hours or are not open. Any advice on provisioning. Can you do online and do they deliver? Should we wait until our second day and provision in Bequia?

How about recommendations on places to sail? We've got 10 days to get from St Vincent (Blue Lagoon) to Grenada.

Finally, the last time we chartered there was 25 years ago. I don't recall there being any issues with crime, just some over zealous boat boys. Have things changed and what do we need to be on the look out for?
