Hiring a boat in Canary Islands for a day or two. But WHERE?

My husband and I are new to sailing and just got our ASA 101 certifications.
We want to hire a sailboat for one or two days in the Canary Islands next summer. We will need a skipper but we want to crew. I don't think 9 months of experience on a quazi-calm lake will be enough to control a sailboat in trade winds.
We don't need fancy. We're not into luxury.
My research thus far has yielded expensive yachts for 500 Euros/ day.
Surely someone has some idea of where to look for a monohauled skippered sailboat to hire on the Canary Islands?
Any help is greatly appreciated
Kind Regards
Laurie

Have you tried Club Sail Club Sail Tenerife About Us or maybe joining the YBW forum and asking there?
