Diesel Fuel in Estonia?

Due to various circumstances, we will have to skip the Russian leg of our Baltic cruise this year, and are already starting to head back Westwards. Because of mostly good wind, I've used less diesel fuel than last year and still have a good bit left from the load I bought in Helgoland on the way back. Nevertheless, I think I should top off while I have the chance, and unfortunately that sweet Russian diesel is now off the menu. Has anyone bought diesel in Estonia recently? Is it bio-free? Cost?
