Brand of head faucets on P435?

I haven’t for the life of me been able to find a real replacement for the faucets in the guest heads on our privilege. It’s the kind with the separate mixer with the pull out sprayer on the other side.

I tried to replace it with one from Osculati. Not only did it tarnish in weeks, but one of the supply lines spontaneously blew flooding our head. What a rubbish company.

I thought it was scandvik, but if it is, they don’t make the same setup anymore.
