Spotted this beauty in Knysna yesterday back to back with n Knysna Yacht. This is apparently hull# 2. The Photos does not do it justice.

We were aboard in November at the same dock. Spent about an hour with the builder as they were fine-tuning things for departure to the boat shows within the week (the crew were already in town waiting, delays - nothing new for a new boat).

A serious go-fast machine. Lots of carbon both inside and out. Lots of electronics to try and help the crew keep things safe. Interior helm station a la Gunboat and forward cockpit.

Way out of our price range, but fun to see.

I was anchored next to it in Knysna late last year, very cool. Looked fast not moving.

If I remember rightly they were having some issues with it not sitting on its lines? They hauled out while I was there due to exhausts being under water? Something like that.

Could be wrong.
