Seeking recommendations for a surveyor available to work in Point Roberts

Hello, I'm in the process of purchasing a sailboat in Point Roberts and require a pre-purchase survey now. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations, except for David Wood (on holiday) or Hemnes Marine Surveys LLC (seller's surveyor).

Hopefully someone with a good experience will chime in.
My only experience in this region was with Sarah White. I will not use her again.

Actually, I have contacted her but she doesn't have a US visa for this kind of work. but thanks
