Insurance Advice Requested

Good afternoon. I'm asking this on behalf of a client, a Canadian who has just bought a 1983 cruising sailboat in St. Augustine, FLA. The trouble is, the sellers policy with Geico/Boat US will not insure him, the seller was grandfathered. Insurers we have contacted in Canada so far will not insure a boat beyond 30 years old. The boat will remain in Florida for the time being. The client needs at least a Liability policy to keep the boat at a local marina. Any advice as to who in Florida will insure a boat over 30 years old will be greatly appreciated. The boat passed a professional survey without issue.
