Would you consider a Stamas 44 ketch? We just returned from the Bahamas and are in Florida and will head north to the Chesapeake in a week or two. The asking price would be higher then what you quoted but it is all set up to cruise with major improvements over the last three years. If interested PM me and we will give you details and photos.

The draft is listed as 5’1” but we always say 5’5” because when we cruised we are weighed down with lots of supplies and parts. I would like to send you a list of upgrades to the boat and send to your email and discuss price if you are interested in our boat. We have talked to a broker and what he would list it at but if we remove his fees the price is much more reasonable. I can also send photos by email.
Thanks and let me know if interested.

I have a Sabre 42 centerboard for sale in Florida with a new motor. I would be willing to deliver to the Chesepeake. Check out the listing on yachtworld.

Best of luck in your search.
