Want To Buy: Sailboat 40-45 feet

We are looking to buy a 38-40-45 live onboard and travel boat in WA state.

We are not decided on one model but our program is the following:

1. Live onboard 2 people in WA for 2-3 years.
2. Travel down to Mexico / Costa Rica
3. Explore places staying a relatively long time in anchorage
4. Maybe at one point one crossing to Europe and the Med.
5. We are getting to our 60, so relatively comfortable. In terms of comfort, one of the wife requirements is a bed where she doesn't have to crawl - Pullman or center
6. Boat in good condition. Budget around 120 / 125k

As I said, we are not looking for one model in particular but we considered boats such as Hans Christian, Island Packet, Nautica (S&S models). We don't want a race cruiser type that could be difficult to handle.

I started to look also in California but delivery to WA seems very expensive.

The only one that almost fit the requirement at the moment is a Seafinn 411(I am just worry about sailing performance). If you consider selling let me know (we can wait end of summer)
