Laffite 44

I want to thank the CF community. Without you guys, I never would have made it as far as I did with my dream to escape.

I have a 1981 Laffite 44 for sale. It's well cared for and ready to cruise.

In 2015 she received a complete refit. New rigging, new electronics, fresh topside and bottom side paint, and a general going through. It's 65hp Volvo engine starts right up, runs strong and quiet. She has never let me down.

From 2015 to 2017 we got her ready to cruise and started taking longer and longer trips in preparation to head south. In 2017 life changed, and the cruising plan was scrapped.

The hull is in great shape, the interior is lovely, the sails are in good shape. The teak is in really great shape. There's not a single blister on the hull. The running rigging is in good condition. The deck does not leak. She's ready to sail and with a few toys which I've removed and sold, she's ready to cruise. Comes with a full enclosure canvas which is awesome for heavy weather. Especially with the dual companionways.

This is a solid bluewater boat that's been well kept. I'm moving and need to sell.

She's moored in Brisbane Marina CA, just a few miles south of San Francisco.
She comes with everything needed to sail.

There are a few minor projects, as would be expected with any boat, but all the major stuff has been done.

Priced to sell at $65,000 obo

My broker will post to yachtworld and some other various outlets in coming days with better photos. These were just taken with my cell phone this weekend.

Greetings, I'm interested in your boat.
But, you have no way to contact you either here or sailboat listings.
Could you send me your phone or email please?
thanks marc
