For Sale: 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 45 "The Remedy"

We are selling our 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 45 "The Remedy". We purchased her last year and have thoroughly enjoyed her. We have too many work commitments over the next year so we are selling "The Remedy" after sailing her from the BVI to the ABC islands and now the Bahamas.

This is an ex Moorings yacht that was in charter in in 2016 - 2017.

She lost her rig in "Irma" and had very little fibreglass damage. Absolutely no water ingression.

The boat was surveyed by Geoff Williams immediately after "Irma" and surveyed again after completion of the few repairs and installation of the new rig. Due to my contacts in the industry we were one the first yachts to have a new rig. All is documented so no surprises. Both surveys can be emailed to interested parties.

USCG documented. 1400 hrs on Yanmar 54HP engine (just serviced).

Our boat was recently waxed and compounded, bottom paint <1 year old.
