2007 64' Hatteras M/Y - Engine Room Air Vent Baffle Remedy

Aim working on a 64' Hatteras and there is a good amount of salt air and water getting in through the air baffles. The filters are intact. It seems the only cause is bad design. Any ideas on a remedy?
