2012 Lagoon 450F Cat for sale $550k

Located in Riviera Beach Florida 33404

Boat was hauled August 2017 for a full bottom job. Replaced lower seals on the SD50 Saildrives. Engines and Generator have had full service Oil, Filters, Remove and boil heat exchangers in Genny and motors.

Ive owned the boat almost a year and it has never been chartered. Broker I purchased her from stated boat had never been chartered.

Duty paid

Boat is wired for Euro voltage 230V 50 Hertz but has a 3000 watt US voltage 120 60 hertz inverter. with 4 outlets in the main salon/galley are Also has a 2000 watt Euro Inverter with outlets thru-out the boat.

New Bimini next week. Rest of the cushions are OK condition. Full cockpit enclosure is in great condition.
