Spacious motorsailer with light filled pilothouse, interior helm station. Volvo MD23 diesel engine, hours unknown, starts and runs good. Impeller and fuel filter just changed, fuel tank cleaned. USCG registered. 5 kyocera 135 watt solar panels, outback solar controller, 8 six volt golfcart batteries which easily run frig/freezer, led lights. New C-head composting toilet. Hauled out and new bottom paint. prop shaft, zincs, and some thru hulls, in 2019.

Located on a mooring ball in Puerto Escondido Marina, Baja Ca. Sur, Mexico.
We have spent 8 months in the past 2 years comfortably living aboard.

Walker Bay 10 rowing dinghy included
Large 2 speed power winch works well to all lines which lead to helm station
Full kitchen and walk around queen size bed with standup headroom.

I'm looking for a liveaboard and found your listing. Can you provide more pics of your boat? I'm interested in the sail/line handling helm setup. Also, pics of the engine and living accomodations. Might as well throw in a couple of the aft deck as I expect to be spending time there frequently. Thanks!

All of the lines lead back into the steering station in the pilothouse to a
large two speed electric winch which works well. The pilot house is quite spacious with full standing headroom and a tinted plexiglass sunroof that
opens and covers half of the whole living space. The pilothouse has a
loveseat, folding table, bar area, and the steering station. It works quite
well for entertaining and living aboard.
