Leopard 51 PC: New Leopard 51 Question

Hello,
I am a new Leopard 51 PC owner and I love it so far! I have a question, where is the fuel transfer switch to transfer fuel from starboard to port tank. I see the valve on the top of the fuel tank but I don’t see the pump or a switch.
