Pula (Croatia) 6-7 Day Cruising Itinerary?

Hi Forum,
Taking a week off in early May to charter a cat out of Pula. My partner is a first time crew member and I would like some 'baby steps' cruising itinerary ideas if anyone has some?

Start and finish is Pula. I don't want to spend 10 hours sailing at any point, I would be quite happy to spend 2 days in one spot if there is plenty to see or do. It is my first visit to Croatia so I would be grateful for some suggestions!

Thanks for any ideas for marinas, overnight mooring/bouys with things to do or see. Happy to spend an even split of nights on the boat as in a marina, but no hard and fast rules.
I have the Croatia Cruising Companion from 2007 and am a little concerned some of the info in it may be dated, if anyone can confirm?
