Hampton VA to Tortola

Greetings Felliw Denizens - A friend has an opportunity to crew on a well found 50' sailboat from Hampton to Tortola with the upcoming Salty Dawg Rally. Skipper is thinking it'll take between 10-21 days, the latter of which I'm thinking is a bit extreme (like being towed back from Bermuda or waiting for that rescue freighter! Lol!).

Assuming fair winds and following seas (yeah, RIGHT!), anyone nail down a realistic number?

Maybe the skipper is including the time waiting in Hampton for a weather window. Also in some years Salty Dawg rally boats have stopped in Bermuda. All time consuming.
