Bahama’s in December 2022

I’m new to the Cruising life and looking to leave Florida at the end of November early December and spend time 3 to 4 months in the Bahamas. Any suggestions on where to be/go for Christmas New Year’s etc. I have a power catamaran

My preference is to get south early to miss the brunt of the fronts coming across Florida. In that case maybe George Town. There are plenty of people that stay in the Abacos during December and January just be sure you have a secure location for when the fronts blow through, and don't mind some "cold" days.
