Which weather model for Eastern NC?

Noticed there’s lots of variability between the PredictWind models for Neuse River and Pamlico Sound area. Cruising grounds also include Beaufort NC and Cape Lookout area.

Obviously weather forecasting in this diverse terrain has confounded sailors for centuries, but wondered if any locals had found one of the models more accurate than others.

This would be for “Inner Banks” cruising, not offshore.

We use PWG, GFS, and especially ECMWF as it's pretty accurate. We sail the Pamlico as well and you need to zoom out to get a bigger picture. Then believe it or not Ch2 WX channel is good
