Another rogue wave report

Says it was 'the most extreme', though not the biggest.

17.6 metres, certainly getting up there (that's about a 6 story building).

No reporting though as to whether it was breaking or the degree of steepness. So in reality a somewhat useless piece of information. Then again what do you do with news like this? Sell the boat?

They said they have many buoys, I'd like to know if the wave lasted to the next bouy or if it is just an instantaneous thing where two or more waves meet in a particular way. The model shows the wave as a full length, oversize wave, but is this really how they are or are they just a short lived peak at the point of intersection.
