Southwest Wind Power Rubber Mounts ?

looking to mount an air breeze wind generator and thinking of using the rubber pole anti-vibration mount and rubber bushings on two struts. These are made by southwest wind power in Arizona. Anyone use or know anyone that has used this mounting kit? Did it help on eliminating the vibration/ Thanks
