Balmar maxcharge 612 temp sensor specs

Does anyone know the specs of the thermistor (i assume) used in the balmar maxcharge external regulators? You know, if you had to replace it in the middle of nowhere...
I tried googling it and only come up with the replacement part itself, but no specs.
