Yanmar SD50 raw water inlet valve.

I'm planning on replacing the sea water inlet valve on the SD50 saildrives on my Lagoon 420 when on the hard in a couple of weeks.
To save time I would like to purchase the bits and pieces beforehand, so my question is can anyone help with:
Ball valve size 20mm? 25mm?
Thread size and type in the saildrive housing?
Size of hose barb?
The grotty picture is what I have now and the other is what I want to end up with!
