Crew Wanted: Skipper for Catamaran - New Zealand, Australia

Wanted: a skipper for the Catamaran of the owner (no skipper).
Start in New Zealand (North), New Zealand and then go around (weather pattern) to south-west Australia on the Tasman Sea to south-east Australia. Then to the east coast of Australia to the north, to New Guinea. Details not yet determined. Target Japan. Total travel time around 1 to 2 years old. Stages are possible.
The skipper needs the appropriate licenses and experience, for which references (for hedging purposes) are required. The ship is a fast 42 foot catamaran.
The owner can go to hand, but make no serious work. The skipper could take his wife with him.
