Re: Skilled Helping Hands - Ready to Join You in Passages

Hey skilled hand,

Im getting ready to sail down the coast from Lopez island (just south of Victoria BC ). Need a good hand to go with me. Want to go late part of June, when the weather warms up

38' blue water center cockpit S&S sloop. All new rigging and sails, new radar, gps chart plotter, and auto pilot.

Im headed to mex for surf and dive adventure. Im going to p-u my girlfriend in LA and she and I will continue south.

We live in Honolulu, we surf every morn before work-Im on a two month adventure, then will leave our boat in mex/ To later continue central americas ( after work a bit back home in the isles- im a carpenter $$ )

Let me know if you are interested in Lopez to San Fran, and or to LA. Im on Lopez now doing the final prep on the boat.

Im not at all a rich guy, Ive put all my nickels into new equip on the boat, but I could feed you id think, as long as you like fish we are going to catch-

aloha,

Paul

Re: Skilled Helping Hands - Ready to Join You in Passages

Want to join us?

A grand voyage, starting August 2 from Port Saunders to (weather and time permitting) Lance Aux Meadows, St. Anthony, Englee, Twillingate, Fogo Is, Bonavista, Pouch Cove, St. Johns, Ferryland, Trepassy, Saint Lawrence, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Ramea, Port aux Basques, over to Nova Scotia (perhaps Louisberg and the Bra d'Ors) and many places in between. Looking for crew for mid August onward. Join for all or part of this voyage.

It's a long voyage, but a leisurely one. We anchor at night (except when crossing to Nova Scotia) and sail based upon good weather forecasts. We'll take time to gunkhole and explore; the only time constraint is the next crew change. Else wise the schedules open.

We share expenses which food, fuel and marina fees (though we use few of those).
