Looking for Crew-Texas south to Caribbean

I'm prepping my boat(Endeavour 37) for an extended cruise starting in November 08 leaving from Texas. I'm heading to Florida then Bahamas and on to the Caribbean. I'm starting now to make sure I will find compatible crew. Please respond via a PM. Experience not required although helpful.

I delivered a boat to the carribean via bahamas last march aboard a allied seawind 30' with the owner and one pickup crew, trip went well boat now lives in st croix and the owner now has the knowledge and appreciation for offshore passages, I have been sailing all my life and would like to give back what I have learned.
