Crew Available: looking for a fun experience, sail, South America

Hello,
I'm a 22 years old Quebecer and I'm looking for any boat or sailing experience volunteering or unpaid work in South America for the next months (December 2013, January and February 2014). I love going at sea because I worked on a cruising sailing ship in Australia last year for 3 months. I was a hostess so I still have to learn to sail properly, but I'm willing to try anything. I can speak French, English and Spanish.
I'm on an exchange in Santiago for the moment so I would like to sail around South America or Central America during my vacation.

Looking for a female crew. No hanky-panky, it is just that I get along better with female then with an other person that would assumed he is the captain.
Cruising grounds for this year, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico. Maybe just maybe Honduras.
Time schedule, would be about 3 months starting early January.
Specifics to be discussed after contact.
I am in Guatemala at this, but I can pick you up either in Placencia or SanPedro or at Cucomber Marina in Belize.
