Your location might be of assistance.

Any sailmaker will make this.

alternatively Search Results - storm jib - Force 4 Chandlery

or buy a sailrite LSZ-1 sewing machine and make one!

I'm in San Francisco. I like the idea of making it myself, but the sewing machine is expensive, also, not sure where to get the fabric. I'm trying to get this sail for <$100, I can't find any sailmakers cheap enough. I'm hoping someone on the forum has a sail they can sell.

Sail Warehouse makes storm sails by luff legnth. I have seen their stuff and it looks as good as custom. Their 28 square foot storm jib is $230.00

What do you think of:

Premium Quality Storm Jib - For Boats 20' to 24':eBay Motors (item 310166973749 end time Sep-17-09 10:38:03 PDT)

Does this seem to be as good quality? it claims 6oz dacron.

This is a 28sq ft storm jib for $165. They have other sizes too, I'm wondering if I should get the 23sq foot one.
