For Sale or Trade: Vecta RDF

I just purchased a beautiful Westsail 32 and found this gun looking thing (Radio Direction Finder) that looks like it's nearly brand new. I've been told it was used in the past with beacons for navigation and I figured rather than throw it away, someone may be interested in it. It is in a black plastic case, with all the original literature/instructions. There are also 6 small round things with pins on them that plug into the end of it. They have labels: Gulfport, Pensacola, Cape San Blas, Ft. Walton, Mobile, and Biloxi. And there is also a piece that's dark blue that looks like it would be for just noise, like a fog horn or something...that has the same set of pins on it that would plug in I guess. My goal is to circumnavigate, and I need all kinds of things for the boat, although I think she's a beauty just the way she is...

If anyone is interested in this for the history of it/novelty/or to use, and would like to purchase it or has something that they would like to trade (like recent charts or something like that, or sailing lessons!) please PM me. Thanks very much. The boat is in Gulfport but I'll be moving her to Pensacola this week and staying there till the end of the year.
