For Rent: Summer Hurricane Hole Dockage St Augustine/ shop apartment option

I am departing St Aug 32080 end of this month for a cruise to New England.

I have a very secure, dead end canal dock available for rent May thru at least October likely longer.

At low tide it is shallow about 3' but bottom is soft mud and should be no problems for most cats or a stout monohull with up to about 5' draft should be fine.

Max length of about 40' and beam to 24' could probably just make it. My boat is 20' and I'm well clear all the way in.

Could also potentially rent some workshop space or bedroom/ kitchen space if looking to refit.
