Want To Buy: Sailboat between 27 and 30

We are looking for a sailboat between 27 and 30 feet around 10.000$. We are located in NJ and able to travel all over the state including NY 's state as well.

Our main activity will be crusing in the area spending week-end on board. We are three people: 2 adults and one kid (14 years old).

We are of course activly looking on internet and visiting marina in the area, but since this section of the forum is as well available i am throwing one more net to the water hoping to catch the best fish

I saw at least one interesting boat in your state around the 30' mark.

probably one of those, just in case you haven't checked them all.
