Outboard Lifting Harness

Recently installed a davit to lower the outboard onto the dink and now I need a lifting harness for a 9.9 HP, 2 stroke outboard. Anybody got one they don't need any more??

Re: Outboard Lifting Harness

You can make one from strong nylon webbing. Our homemade one is about 10 yrs. old. Jim hand sewed it, and used a plastic snap buckle fastener clip for the other side, so it opens. We use our halyards to move the 15 hp o/b around, and the harness has held up quite well.

Re: Outboard Lifting Harness

Thanks Ann. I'm just being lazy and maybe help someone unload one that is not used.
