Wanted For Free: Looking for motorsailer 37'-49'

We are looking for a motorsailer in this size range and more towards motoring with a single diesel and at least 200 gallons of fuel capacity. Something with a protected propeller and an engine room with room to work on the engine. A boat that is bluewater offshore capable and suitable for a couple to live on.
Also less than 150k and hopefully a lot less so I have room for upgrades improvements, and additions. We are cash buyers.
