For Sale: Edson Pedestal With 30" Wheel

Edson Classic Series 6 7/8" top with chain and sprocket.

Includes 30" diameter six spoke stainless steel steering wheel, bronze sheave assembly, chain with wire rope leads, compass, separate throttle and shift levers, bronze internal components.

I have recently converted to tiller and no longer need this pedestal. Everything works fine including the wheel brake, the aluminum base needs some paint. Will consider parting out. Located in New York City area.

If you do end up parting it out, I would be interested in the wheel shaft and the wheel brake. Is the shaft straight or tapered?
