I have one Mobiky genius folding bike for sale. French made, 3 speed, front and back hand brakes, carry bag, folds small, aluminium frame so it is light ... few years old but fully functional. RRP of €700, but I can let you have it for €250 -

We have one of these - they are very sturdy high performance bikes ,the highest end ones were designed for paratroopers to jump out of a plane with. Here in the real world, you can take off the wheels and fit them into large luggage, with padding and room left for clothes, so I imagine you could find a place on most boats over ~35ft.
