Bowsprit Heel Socket and Kranze Iron

I am finally getting ready to install our roller furling and figure this is the time to replace the bowsprit and bobstay.
Our bowsprit was bolted directly to the deck and I would like to use a proper heel fitting for the new bowsprit. I would also like to replace our short kranze iron with a bit longer iron (although the short one seems to have worked well for a long time).
So - I am looking for a heel fitting that will accept a 5 1/2 " x 5 1/2" heel and a 3 1/2" - 4" kranze iron.
Please let me know if you have anything.
Thanks
