Want To Buy: 30-42' Cruiser, trade for real estate or payments secured by that property

I'm after a capable cruiser. Monohull or multi, either is fine. Some fixing is expected, but no major projects, please.

The property is on a lease-to-own with a reliable buyer, $48k remaining of a $55k purchase price (but owned free and clear by me, buyer does not gain equity until payment in full, and incurring interest on principle amount). Currently getting minimum of $514 a month, with some overpayments.

If you can accept payments or trade for the contract/note, get back with me. Possible tax credit could also be provided, as the vessel will ultimately be for the use of Protect The Ocean for oceanic research.

I'm in the States now (as is the real estate,) but am open to vessels lying abroad. In some aspects, it'd actually be a boon if they were to save me the hassle of a major crossing.
