1976 Southern Cross 31'

My 1976 Southern Cross, Delfin, is for sale. I recently purchase a larger boat for my needs, a Valiant 40.
This is a beautiful boat, hull #25 built by the Ryder Corporation of Bristol, RI. The very salty design is by the late Thomas Gilmer. It is featured in Vigor's book, "The Seaworthy Offshore Sailboat". I have a few photos in an album on the site. More on the SC owner's forum on yahoo. There are a couple of other photos in another thread I started.
The boat is documented. It has a Volvo MD11C, not much in the way of electronics except for a new Garmin transducer I installed summer before last. It has a nice Sardine wood stove with a beautiful copper heat shield and pan and a marble heat sink behind. I had a new Bomar hatch professionally installed.
The boat is moored in Tacoma, WA.
