1973 C&C 30

The early C&C 30's are known as one of the stiffest 30 footers ever built and this one is a perfect example. This boat handles like a dream, is extremely well balanced and mannered.

Lifestyle changes are the only reason I'm selling.

She's been up-fitted with some major improvements over the years.

New Perkins diesel and aluminum fuel tank (2006)
New cushions (2006)
Upgraded counter surfaces and new dinette table (2008)
Deck painted with non - skid (2008)
Uniden VHF radio (2008)
AM/FM/CD stereo and speakers (2008)
Rewired entire boat (2008)
New battery charger (2008)
New cabin lighting (2008)
New toilet and hoses (2006)

The following was new in 2014:

New standing and running rigging
New additional wiring and (3) new batteries/and selector switch
1000w pure sine wave inverter
Two new bilge and two new water pumps
Mast step rebuilt
Fuel tank cleaned
LED anchor light
Garmin GPS
Halyards lead to cockpit
Boom vang added
Two reefing points added to mainsail & boom

Also included are:
microwave
refrigerator
portable A/C
five head sails (including spinnaker)
two Danforth anchors
dingy
new 4.5 hp Mercury OB
overboard suit
life jackets
depth sounder
spare parts
dock lines
110 shore power

many, many other “boat parts”

The North sails are older but still power the boat like a dream. The spinnaker looks brand new.

The boat was just hauled for a fresh bottom paint and new zinc.

She's near Oriental NC at Matthews Point Marina. Can be seen and sailed with a little advanced notice.

Asking price is $17,500.

I need to update the interior photos of the bulkheads in the head. I just repainted all of it.

Yes. See the above post #3. New photos of the bulkhead are forthcoming, meaning the next time I go down to the boat.

Re: 1973 C&C 30

Bump. I'll be listing the boat soon with a broker. So if interested, I lowered the price to $15k. Please see post #3 for new photos.

Sorry you are selling your boat Jim. Looks like you have put a lot into her.
I'll let Robert N. know, he keeps thinking about getting another boat.
